Is my business ready for AI?
You don’t need a technical team or perfectly organized systems. If you’re repeating tasks, chasing inquiries, or copying information between tools, there may be a useful starting point. We’ll identify it together before you commit.
Do we need to replace our existing tools?
Usually, the goal is to connect what you already use. We review your CRM, scheduling, email, and other tools first. If a tool has integration limits, we explain the options and any additional costs before starting.
What hardware is included?
We specify, source, and configure a private local AI system for your workload. Launch packages start at $5,000 including the agreed hardware configuration. Larger models, more users, or more demanding workloads may need a higher-spec system; your proposal confirms the hardware and total price before you commit.
Is ongoing support required?
No. AI Care is optional after launch. Your handover includes training and documentation so you can choose what works for your team. The plan covers monitoring, troubleshooting, a monthly performance review, and a defined allowance for small improvements. Your proposal sets the support hours, response windows, and improvement allowance. Established clients can add a new AI-powered workflow for $1,000 each, with scope agreed before we build. Larger projects are quoted separately.
Can we add more workflows after launch?
Yes. Established GenerationIX clients can add a new AI-powered workflow for $1,000 each as a one-time setup. We agree on its scope, build it into your existing system, test it, and show your team how to use it. AI Care is optional. Additional hardware, software subscriptions, and AI usage are separate.
Can we book extra training?
Yes. Extra hands-on training is $250 per hour, with a 30-minute minimum per workflow ($125). Book additional practice, refresher sessions, or training for new team members beyond the handover included in your project. We agree on the workflows and session length before you book.
Do you offer one-to-one consulting?
Yes. Existing GenerationIX customers can book a one-to-one consulting session by phone or Zoom at $500 per hour, with a 30-minute minimum per session ($250). Bring your AI strategy questions, workflow priorities, or implementation challenges. We agree on the topic and session length before you book.
Are software and AI usage fees included?
Third-party subscriptions, AI usage, messaging fees, and other vendor charges are separate unless explicitly included in your proposal. We estimate them up front, so you can evaluate the full operating cost.
How do you handle our business data?
Your core AI system runs on your own hardware. We agree on which data stays local and clearly identify any connected tools or cloud services before implementation. We use limited access and human review for important customer-facing actions. Local AI does not automatically make every connected workflow offline.
